Your Job: As a Program Manager within the Connected Mobility Solutions Business Unit (CMSBU) \- Vehicle Antenna Solutions segment, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, and evaluation of automotive programs launched and produced at our Guadalajara, Mexico manufacturing facility. You will lead cross\-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. Our Team: You will report to the Group Manager, Program Management , and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. The team prides itself on fostering a collaborative environment and delivering innovative automotive solutions. What You Will Do: * Leadership: Lead cross\-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders. * Program Oversight: Plan, implement, and oversee the execution of multiple projects, adhering to the Product Development Process (PDP) and organizational objectives. * Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. * Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, budget, technology, and materials, to meet program goals. * Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement measures to minimize disruptions. * Crisis Management: Break down challenging situations into manageable steps, prioritize actions, and stabilize project progress during crises. * Performance Monitoring: Track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary improvements to achieve goals. * Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and delivering value within budget constraints. * Continuous Improvement: Facilitate post\-launch continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project profitability and operational efficiencies. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications): * Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering discipline relevant to the role. * Proven experience in developing automotive products with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. * Experience managing multiple technical automotive project launches, meeting financial, quality, and timing targets. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. What Will Put You Ahead: * PMP or PgMP certification. * MBA or a Master's degree in Program Management or a Technical discipline. * Experience in the development and launch of vehicle antenna systems or similar technologies. * Competence with problem\-solving tools such as 8D, 5\-phase, 5\-whys, or Ishikawa diagrams. * Strong application of risk identification and management methodologies.
