





### **Human Resources Director** **Location:** Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico **Negotiable monthly net salary commensurate with experience** **Position type:** Full-time **Required experience level:** 5 years in director-level roles and 4 years in managerial roles. Position Mission You will be responsible for leading the Human Capital Department, ensuring proper payroll management, compliance with tax and labor obligations, talent attraction and development, and strengthening an organizational culture centered on well-being, empathy, and respect. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and execute multi-client payroll processes or those involving different payroll systems. * Calculate and validate labor incidents (absences, vacations, disabilities, etc.). * Manage platforms such as SUA and ensure correct payment of employer-employee contributions. * Guarantee compliance with tax obligations (IMSS, ISN, ISR). * Administer and interpret psychometric assessments for selection and development processes. * Coordinate recruitment and selection aligned with the organizational culture. * Drive continuous improvement in Human Resources processes. * Promote a culture of respect, approachability, and human-centered leadership. * Design and implement talent wellness and retention strategies. * Supervise the operations of 5 branches, conducting occasional on-site visits. Position Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field. (A Master’s and/or Doctorate is preferred; candidate must hold a completed degree.) * Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in similar positions, preferably within sports, operational, or service-oriented environments. * Proficiency in SUA, Advanced Excel, and payroll platforms (e.g., ODOO). * In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor law, IMSS, ISR, and ISN regulations. * Experience administering and interpreting psychometric tools. * Personal vehicle.
