Position Summary: A major furniture manufacturing factory is seeking a Carpentry Workshop Supervisor to coordinate production and manage personnel, with experience operating CNC machinery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate production in a carpentry workshop 2. Manage and supervise work teams in the furniture sector 3. Operation and programming of CNC, automatic, and semi-automatic machinery Furniture Factory Requirements: ***Carpentry Workshop Supervisor*** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a carpentry workshop supervisor * Personnel management experience (must have coordinated at least 20 staff members) * Education: Engineering degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable if accompanied by relevant experience * Proficiency in CNC, automatic, and semi-automatic cutting machinery (operation and programming) **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of time, activities, and production * Personnel management **Offered Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 8 AM–1 PM * Weekly salary: $3,500–$4,000 MXN (based on experience and competencies) * Statutory benefits **Location:** El Castillo, Salto, Jal., between 20 de Noviembre Avenue and Carretera el Salto. \#ApplyNow!
