




Summary: Oversee customs and trade compliance in Mexico, ensuring adherence to regulations, monitoring operations, and driving process improvements. Highlights: 1. As an Import/Export Compliance Coordinator, you will oversee all customs and trade compliance activities in Mexico, ensuring adherence to IMMEX, IVA/IEPS, OEA, and Mexican Customs regulations. This role monitors daily import/export operations, collaborates with brokers, government agencies, and internal teams, and conducts risk assessments and audits to prevent compliance issues. It supports system integration, drives process improvements, and helps reduce duties through programs FTA, USMCA, and PROSEC. **What You Will Do:** * Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining corporate policies to ensure compliance with Customs regulations, IMMEX requirements, Annex 24, Annex 30, and import/export laws. * Oversee IMMEX operations, including inventory control, balance validation, and compliance reporting for GY‑ELS. * Ensure accurate, timely submissions to SAT in alignment with Annex 24 and Annex 30 obligations. * Conduct import/export audits to monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Work closely with supply chain, purchasing, engineering, finance, legal, and management teams to prevent trade disruptions and support compliant operations. **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in International or Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Management or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in Import/Export, leading process improvement projects. * 5\+ years in leadership positions preferably in operational units with functional or disciplinary responsibility for other individuals. **What Will Set You Apart:** * Experience in multinational environments. * Strong HTS Classification expertise * Knowledge of Value Reconciliation, Annex 24/30 **,** and OEA. * Understanding of key trade agreements (USMCA, EU/MX) * Proficiency in quality management systems. * Fluent English communication skills. * Advanced VUCEM experience. * Strong problem‑solving and project management abilities **Additional Details:** * Relocation Available: No * Sponsorship Available: No * Travel Requirement: No \#LI\-JT1 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
