Job Description This person will be responsible for performing quality reporting, inspection, and release of toll-manufactured products, as well as technical validation of materials received for inbound unloading, and immediately communicating any discrepancies in receipt to the customer. Requirements General knowledge of warehouse and toll manufacturing areas (receiving, warehouse, inventory, shipping). • Proficiency in SAP, Excel (pivot tables, charts, etc.) and effective presentations. • Knowledge of quality procedures (good storage practices, 5S). • Communication skills (interacts with staff and customers), personnel development skills. • 60% English proficiency. • Availability to work rotating shifts. • Personal vehicle required due to site location. Management of quality sampling tables such as ANSI or Military Standard tables. Responsibilities Perform reporting for product release, inspection, and quality incidents. • Prepare inbound receiving lists with attributes performed for incoming material unloading. • Immediately communicate any receipt discrepancies to the customer. • Develop or update toll manufacturing area procedures. • Participate in internal and external audits. • Generate CAPAs for operational deviations. • Create action plans to improve processes. • Establish and communicate allowable attributes for toll manufacturing and material receiving processes.
