Your mission will be to coordinate national routes, manage operational personnel, and guarantee adherence to timelines, costs, and service standards. Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and monitor **national routes** (incoming and outgoing). * **Monitor vehicles via GPS** and respond to deviations, unexpected events, or incidents. * **Manage operational staff** (drivers and assistants): roles, incidents, reports. * Ensure **KPI compliance**: punctuality, fleet utilization, cycle times, OTIF. * Prepare and maintain **daily/weekly operational reports** (status, metrics, incidents). * Coordinate with **traffic controllers, control desk, customers, and suppliers** to ensure service continuity. * Promote and verify **compliance with safety policies** and internal procedures. Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a related field (Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or similar). * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** in logistics/transportation operations. * **Key knowledge:** * **National routes** and operational scheduling. * **GPS handling** and tracking platforms. * **Operational personnel management**. * **Gender:** No preference. * **Age:** 23 to 40 years old.
