




We are looking for a person with an operational focus and leadership skills to ensure the efficient execution of transportation and logistics operations. Your mission will be to coordinate national routes, manage operational personnel, and guarantee adherence to timelines, costs, and service standards. Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and monitor **national routes** (incoming and outgoing). * **Monitor vehicles via GPS** and respond to deviations, unexpected events, or incidents. * **Manage operational staff** (drivers and assistants): roles, incidents, reports. * Ensure **KPI compliance**: punctuality, fleet utilization, cycle times, OTIF. * Prepare and maintain **daily/weekly operational reports** (status, metrics, incidents). * Coordinate with **traffic controllers, control desk, customers, and suppliers** to ensure service continuity. * Promote and verify **compliance with safety policies** and internal procedures. Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a related field (Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or similar). * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** in logistics/transportation operations. * **Key knowledge:** * **National routes** and operational scheduling. * **GPS handling** and tracking platforms. * **Operational personnel management**. * **Gender:** No preference. * **Age:** 23 to 40 years old.
