IT Manager Foxconn Plataforma Are you a technology leader with experience in highly complex manufacturing environments? At Foxconn, we are looking for our next IT Manager for the Plataforma site. If you are passionate about ensuring the operational continuity of critical systems, leading high-performance technical teams, and coordinating infrastructure in a dynamic and global environment, we want to meet you! What will be your primary mission? Ensure full availability, stability, and security of technological infrastructure, networks, and systems at the Plataforma site, aligning IT strategy with the high demands of manufacturing operations. · Responsibilities Operational Continuity: Guarantee optimal performance and uptime of network, servers, and critical infrastructure to prevent impacts on production lines. Infrastructure Management: Oversee maintenance and upgrades of local architecture (Data Center, connectivity, telephony, and links). Team Leadership: Direct and develop the site’s technical support team and IT engineers, ensuring exceptional internal service-level agreements (SLAs). Security and Compliance: Implement and monitor corporate cybersecurity policies, as well as disaster recovery plans (DRP/BCP). Projects and Vendors: Lead implementation of new technology projects onsite and manage relationships, contracts, and licenses with IT vendors. · Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. Prior experience as an IT Manager in an industrial company. Knowledge of information management systems and cybersecurity. Proficiency in IT service management methodologies (ITIL). Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills. English: Advanced level (ability to coordinate with global teams).
