




Position Summary: The Swine Technical Assistant implements technologies, supports customer interactions, and ensures competitive solutions to improve profitability. Key Highlights: 1. This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures. **PURPOSE AND WORK IMPACT** ------------------------------------- The Swine Technical Assistant is responsible for implementing technologies and supporting interactions with customers and prospective customers, helping them understand how Cargill can provide solutions for them and improve profitability. They will ensure new technologies and tools are utilized to deliver customer-centric competitive solutions. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------------- * Establish and cultivate effective relationships with customers to maintain existing business and acquire new business. * Support sales efforts to understand and resolve complex customer issues. * Implement and monitor Nutrition and Health projects directed by supervisors, with the objective of ensuring field results and implementation of project guidelines or procedures. * Independently resolve moderately complex problems with minimal supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate personnel. * Train farm operators and the Provimi® Technical Service team. * Develop and execute field trials of our product portfolio. \#LI\-AMORALES \#LI\-Hybrid **QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agronomy, or related agricultural sciences * Work experience in a related field * Three years of experience in swine operations or a similar role within the industry * Willingness to travel 70–80% of the time (valid driver’s license required) * Reside in Aguascalientes or preferably in the Bajío region * Intermediate level of English
