Coordinate quality and food safety training for personnel. **Quality Expert** **El Salto, Jalisco, Mexico** Coordinate the Food Quality and Safety Management System in accordance with established guidelines for these systems, to ensure their effective maintenance and development, resulting in full compliance with such guidelines.
