Working with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) At Farmacias Similares, we are looking for our new: **IT ANALYSIS ANALYST** (Systems Analyst) **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years * Requirements gathering and analysis * System modeling and design * SQL proficiency * Logical and physical database modeling * Participation in projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Working with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) * Experience in functional and acceptance testing (QA/UAT) * Experience implementing and monitoring improvements to existing systems * Knowledge of application integration (APIs, Web Services) * Preparation of technical and user manuals * Handling and resolution of incidents reported in production systems **Responsibilities:** * Requirements gathering * Creation of process diagrams, use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, entity-relationship models * Design of viable and scalable technical solutions * Support in planning timelines, resources, and deliverables * Coordination with developers and testers to ensure compliance with specifications **Knowledge:** * UML * Azure DevOps / Jira * SQL Server (intermediate) * Enterprise Architect * Scrum **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Location:** On-site at the Corporate Office, near Nativitas Metro Station, CDMX. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Indefinite-term employment contract directly with the company (from day one) * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Additional benefits
