Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in the field. Good physical condition. Availability for rotating shifts and night work. Schedule: 12-hour shifts: the first 2 days, for example, are morning (6:30 am to 6:30 pm), and the next two days are night (6:30 pm to 6:30 am), followed by 3 consecutive rest days, then the cycle restarts.
