Apply technical knowledge across various engineering disciplines **About the Company** Due to growth, we have an opportunity to work with a leader in the pet food industry, committed to innovation and excellence in its manufacturing processes. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Mechanical \- Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics, Automation and Control Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years supervising and managing industrial projects. * **Skills:** * Teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration. * Decision-making and negotiation abilities. * Leadership. * Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. * Effective communication. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Familiarity with standards, regulations, best practices, and performance benchmarks. * Technical knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, Process Control, and Automation and Control via PLCs. * Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD. * English proficiency at 70%. **Responsibilities** * Creation, execution, and administration of capital investment projects. * Implementation of projects within scheduled timelines and specifications. * Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation for the SITE. * Development of capital investment projects within budget. * Commitment to safety and food quality culture. **We Offer** * **Salary:** $20,000 to $22,000 monthly gross, depending on knowledge and aptitude. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits and life insurance. * **Professional Development:** Ongoing training and growth opportunities. * **Additional Benefits:** * Interest-free loans. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Transportation service (Ocotlán \- Poncitlán \- Cuitzeo \- San Miguel). * Access to cafeteria. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Work Location** Poncitlán, Jalisco (residence in nearby areas is mandatory).
