




***JOB MISSION:*** Responsible for establishing strategies to manage and coordinate operations by implementing processes, policies, procedures, budgets, and assets that ensure the achievement of objectives related to costs and service quality, both in transportation operations and internal maintenance shop, achieving operational consistency. ***Job Functions and Activities:*** * Prepare the annual fleet operations budget. * Update cost per km. * Define intercompany cost transfers. * Authorize the table of approved expenses. * Ensure compliance with financial ratios. * Define staffing structure. * Approve training plans for personnel under supervision. * Determine the number of required vehicles and their characteristics. * Develop annual management strategy and its KPIs. * Participate in and ensure compliance with management systems (quality, processes, environmental, technological, and strategic). * Define projects to participate in conjunction with the commercial director. * Analyze financial results of operations to generate action plans and improve profitability and efficiently manage allocated resources. * Provide feedback to involved teams and propose action plans to optimize processes and results. * Define the number of required units and their characteristics according to strategic planning. * Define the staffing structure for the operations area. * Responsible for analyzing the current cost per kilometer and comparing it with previous costing to seek company benefit. * Manage approval of updated rates with presidency and general management.
