Fármacos Darovi is seeking an **Administrative Warehouse Assistant** **Position Objective:** Support administrative and operational activities in the shipping department, ensuring proper documentation flow, control of outbound shipments, and compliance with dispatch procedures for medications, in accordance with quality standards and traceability requirements specific to the pharmaceutical sector. Candidates must have knowledge of inventory management, product organization, invoice and expiration batch review, and proficiency in Office suite software. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma (certified). * Proficiency in Office suite software. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * Prior experience in warehouse processes. * Minimum of 1 year of experience. * Support 70% operational tasks and 30% administrative tasks. * Knowledge of pharmaceutical or distribution industry regulations. * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Operational (70%):** * Assist in physical and document verification of orders. * Verify correct preparation, packaging, and labeling of orders according to medication type. * Coordinate and follow up on loading transportation units. * Assist in inventory control within the shipping area. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the shipping area. * Receive and register delivery receipts from carriers (return documentation). * Provide support in general warehouse tasks during periods of high demand. **Administrative (30%):** * Prepare and maintain updated records of daily order shipments. * Register and archive shipping documents (delivery slips, invoices, logs, manifests). * Enter data into the system. * Coordinate with traffic and transportation departments for route scheduling. * Follow up on delivery incidents and record reports. * Generate reports. **We Offer:** * Direct hiring by the company. * Statutory benefits. * IMSS coverage from day one. * Bi-weekly payments. * Competitive salary. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Fixed shift. * Punctuality and attendance bonuses. * Monthly grocery vouchers. * Monthly transportation assistance. * Discounts and benefits at various businesses (cinemas, hotels, flights, English courses, schools).
