As an Amazon SDS associate, you will: * Be the first point of contact for customers in Mexico * Ensure successful deliveries by supporting customers, drivers, carriers, and delivery service partners * Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, chat, and email) in Spanish You will use various tools to: * Review and implement real-time solutions * Facilitate information flow among delivery stakeholders * Communicate effectively with customers You will gather information to prevent potential issues affecting: * The customer experience * Delivery performance A day in the life Schedule and working conditions: 1\.\- Workweek: 40 hours per week 5 working days, 8 hours per day 2\.\- Customer service hours: From Sunday to Monday From 10:00 to 19:00 3\.\- Shifts: Day shifts Varied within service hours Assigned according to customer needs 4\.\- Required flexibility: Availability to work different shift patterns Ability to work on national holidays (with compensation as per law) 5\.\- Scheduling: Your specific schedule will be confirmed close to your start date Note: This role requires adaptability to meet our customers’ changing demands.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Minimum age: 18 years * Legal permission to work in Mexico * High school diploma (Bachelor's degree is acceptable) * Official identification * Reside in Guadalajara city or its metropolitan area * Strong communication skills in Spanish (written and spoken fluency) * Availability to work varied shifts from Monday to Sunday within service hours from 10:00 to 19:00 * Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, night, weekends, and overtime as needed) **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Advanced English * Previous customer service experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
