The **Traffic Supervisor** position primarily aims to coordinate and supervise daily transportation operations, ensuring on-time deliveries, proper execution of routes, and compliance with applicable regulations, thereby guaranteeing an efficient and safe service. This role involves continuous monitoring of vehicles via GPS systems, verifying that drivers adhere to established itineraries and reporting any incidents that may affect operations. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for tracking issues en route, generating performance reports, and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency and safety. The Traffic Supervisor also actively participates in the continuous improvement of logistics processes, proposing strategies to optimize routes, reduce risks, and enhance operational performance. Furthermore, the supervisor maintains constant communication with the Traffic Manager to report significant incidents and ensure appropriate decision-making. To perform this role, candidates must possess knowledge in logistics and transportation, proficiency in Office tools and document control, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in related fields. Organizational skills, decision-making ability, problem-solving capability, and the ability to work under pressure are highly valued.
