**Your Job** Work closely with the engineering, production, maintenance, warehouse etc team members developing and maintaining a Quality Plan in order to manage and mitigate project risk to ensure that meets customers cost, quality, delivery requirements. **Our Team** You will be part of the CDI division, a multidisciplinary group passionate about innovation in PCB manufacturing. We work closely together at our Guadalajara facility, with a collaborative and results\-oriented approach. **What You Will Do** * **Quality Plan Development:** Ensures the project Quality Plan for new products and product modifications are focused on the voice of customer and all project quality deliverables are completed in a timely manner. * **Risk Analysis:** Facilitation during front\-end product / tool / or process reviews \& process FMEA reviews by providing inputs on internal and external quality history, lessons learned and through active critical thinking / questioning. * **Metrology / Qualification of New / Modified Parts:** Facilitate the development of measurement plans / methods and lead the release of new products and Qualification. Ownership of gauges \& necessary inspection fixtures, perform Measurement System Analysis, Capability Studies \& any necessary statistical analysis with goal of Tool / Process Qualification. * **Flawless Launch:** Work with Manufacturing, Engineering and AQP to conduct Safe Launch exercise,Perform process audits and reverse (go \& see) FMEA's to qualify new production processes, and to ensure compliance to documented control plans for new products. * **Customer Approval:** Ensures customer required documentation relating to customer acceptance of product modifications are completed. * **Supplier Approval:** Works with supplier quality engineer to ensure compliance. * **Problem Solver:** Lead in the problem solving (8D's), analysis, and resolution of new product related customer complaints or internal quality complaints during launch. Support efforts for prevention of repeat issues \& * systemic improvements to the Product Development Processes to reduce New Products QNs. * **MBM \& Quality Systems:** Understand \& practice the KOCH \& guiding principles, Lean / Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH\&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures. * Develops Quality Plans for improve process . * Monitors and Guides NPI team to ensure Advanced Quality Planning used in the development process. * To stablish communication with automotive customers ( OEM ) trough conference, portal customer etc. * Interphase of accountable to Product NPI Team and customers in terms of quality. * Tasks can include complex problem solving activities and require the ability to multi\-task and set priorities on many different problems on multiple New Products at the same time. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * BS Degree in Engineering. * Problem solving methodology. * Core Tools ( AIAG ). * Lean / Six Sigma. * Strong organizational skill to anticipate, plan, organize and self\-monitor workload. * Good interpersonal skills for effective leadership and team facilitation and customer communication. * knowledge of statistics \- experience using Minitab or other software. * MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). * English 90 %. **What Will Put You Ahead** * Experience in Quality engineering in a new\-product introduction. * Experience performing PFMEA/Control Plan using other Advanced Quality Planning and core tools. * Experience in problem solving problem methodology. * Experience and solid Knowledge \& understanding of SMT \& PCB Process. * Experience on PPAPs and automotive customer requirements.
