Interdisciplinary collaboration and regulatory compliance. **Job Objective** Operate and supervise the tequila distillation process to ensure the final product meets the company's established standards for quality, purity, and sensory profile, while guaranteeing proper equipment operation and compliance with safety and production regulations. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Operate **pot stills or distillation columns** during production. * Supervise the **first and second distillation** of fermented must. * Monitor process variables such as **temperature, pressure, timing, and distillation cuts**. * Perform **heads, hearts, and tails cuts** to ensure distilled product quality. * Monitor tequila alcohol content throughout the process. * Record production data in **logbooks or control systems**. * Verify proper equipment operation and report malfunctions. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of **pot stills, valves, pipelines, and distillation equipment**. * Collaborate with **fermentation, quality, and bulk storage** departments to ensure process continuity. * Comply with **industrial safety, quality, and applicable regulatory standards**. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Technical high school diploma or technical degree in: * 1 to 3 years of experience in distillation processes Salary: Starting at $1\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service Work Location: On-site employment
