The ideal candidate is organized, results-oriented, and possesses leadership skills to ensure efficient workshop operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure proper execution of repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance. * Plan and assign daily tasks to technical staff. * Control inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials. * Manage work orders, delivery times, and service quality. * Coordinate technical diagnostics and provide support in resolving complex failures. * Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and organization standards in the workshop. * Prepare reports and track performance indicators. **Requirements:** Completed degree or technician certification (mechanical, electromechanical, industrial maintenance, or related field). Prior experience leading an automotive workshop with gasoline-diesel engines (minimum 2-3 years). Solid knowledge in diagnosis and repair. Inventory management and work order control.
