Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, or related field). * Minimum of **2 years of procurement experience** in a manufacturing company. * Experience in **domestic and international procurement**. * Proficiency in handling **direct and indirect materials**. * **Advanced English (mandatory)**. Knowledge and Skills * Negotiation with domestic and foreign suppliers. * Purchase order tracking and delivery timeline monitoring. * Cost analysis and pursuit of optimal commercial terms. * Supplier management and performance evaluation. * Knowledge of import/export processes (desirable). * ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle or similar is a plus). * Organization, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities * Manage procurement of direct and indirect materials. * Develop and negotiate with suppliers. * Track purchase orders and ensure on-time deliveries. * Optimize costs without compromising quality or supply. * Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouse, finance). * Prepare procurement reports and analyses.
