**LEADING PLASTICS COMPANY SEEKING:**
**PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR / SHIFT ROTATION**
**Requirements:**
* Age 25 to 55
* Completed technical degree in plastic processes
* Minimum 2 years of experience
* Supervisory experience over personnel
* Preferably experience in plastic recycling
* Availability for shift rotation
**Responsibilities:**
* Achieve required quality objectives for PET washing and polypropylene pelletizing processes
* Achieve predetermined efficiency, quality, and finished product targets for the assigned shift according to the monthly plan
* Ensure all production reports are completed accurately and submitted on time
* Ensure quality forms, raw material forms, and finished product forms are completed accurately
* Conduct line audits properly and implement corrective actions whenever necessary
* Review types of contaminants with the Quality Department and take action to eliminate them
* Coordinate with forklift operators regarding batches to be fed and those already consumed during the shift
* Visit the laboratory to monitor finished product quality and take necessary actions for any contaminants that may arise
* Report leave requests, absences, tardiness, or vacation days to the Production Manager
* Accurately complete attendance lists for the assigned shift
* Mediate conflicts or concerns among personnel
* Review vacation schedules of team members with the Production Manager
* Coordinate with the Maintenance Department for repair of equipment malfunctions or defects
* Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment by production personnel
* Hand over the shift to the relieving supervisor, emphasizing quality issues, personnel matters, and equipment malfunctions that occurred during the shift
* Comply with instructions issued by Production Management and Production Director
