




**Premier Account Executive.** HSBC Mexico offers career development opportunities for individuals with an outstanding service attitude, strong client interaction skills, a passion for sales, and an aspiration to grow professionally within the Commercial area as an Advance Account Executive. **Primary responsibility.** Deliver the highest level of service to assigned Mass Affluent Advance and Premier clients for their day-to-day financial needs, along with personalized advisory services aimed at fulfilling their short-, medium-, and long-term financial requirements. Timely client retention and portfolio growth for assigned customers through support from business units. **Requirements.** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, Finance (in progress or completed) or completed high school diploma. * Minimum 4 years’ experience in customer service and/or client care. * Minimum 4 years’ sales experience, preferably in the financial sector. * Minimum 2 years’ experience with Premier products and services. * AMIB certification. * Knowledge of markets and external regulations. * Knowledge of financial mathematics. * Familiarity with branch operational systems and procedures. * Intermediate English language proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Business identification and development. * Portfolio management. * Passion for sales. * Client needs identification. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. **Skills.** * Customer- and sales-oriented. * Teamwork. * Results-driven / Problem-solving. * Situational management and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Adaptability to change, organization, and punctuality. * Ability to build rapport with clients. **We offer.** Direct hiring by the Bank.
