Position Summary: We are seeking a transportation expense liquidator with experience in billing, document reconciliation, and operator support. Key Highlights: 1. Experience as a freight transportation liquidator. 2. Regular interaction with fifth-wheel operators. 3. Management of documentation and expense billing. Responsibilities: Receiving travel documents from Traffic. Verifying that travel documents are complete before proceeding with liquidation. Billing of expenses. Requesting funds to cover liquidations and other incidents, if paid in cash. Delivering and explaining payments to operators and resolving any questions they may have. Preparing a weekly package for submission to headquarters, including liquidation documentation. Requirements: One year of experience as a liquidator in freight transportation companies. Flexible schedule and willingness to travel. Regular interaction with fifth-wheel operators. Adaptability.
