Opportunity for professional growth A growing company is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and excellent communicator Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the General Director in administrative, operational, and strategic management. · Key Responsibilities: Manage the General Director’s schedule (meetings, appointments, process follow-ups). Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documents. Follow up on pending items and assigned projects. Coordinate internal and external meetings. Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion. Maintain and organize physical and digital files. Support decision-making through information analysis and organization. · Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field (completed or in progress). Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Excellent writing and spelling skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
