PERSONAL TRAINER Location: Plaza Almanara, Periférico Raúl López Sánchez 5000, Sin Nombre de Col 11, 27106 Torreón, Coah., Mexico Education: High school diploma and/or completed technical program; Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Sciences, or related field (completed or incomplete) — Physical Conditioning Certification required. Knowledge: Sports training methodology, anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. Experience: Minimum 1 year (2 years preferred) as a personal trainer, physical conditioning advisor, physical conditioning coach, or physical conditioning instructor. Responsibilities: Achieve and fulfill sales targets for sports programs and personalized training sessions through prospecting, thorough knowledge of offerings, follow-up, and task execution via the APP (sales, class scheduling, forecasting, customer satisfaction). Ensure proper attention to new prospects; verify all area equipment is powered on and functioning correctly; turn on music equipment and set the ambiance for the club during tours; confirm the area is orderly and clean; conduct inventory of area equipment; monitor the physical safety of customers.
