Position Objective To follow up, support, and monitor the implementation of content from the School Strengthening Program, providing teacher training and enhancing the pedagogical use of technology. Academic Requirements Completed bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Educational Innovation, Information Technologies, Communication, or related fields. Main Activities Visit and support participating public basic education schools (2 assigned schools). Actively promote the implementation of UNETE's educational content. Listen to and understand the needs of teachers and school leaders to provide appropriate support. Provide guidance on integrating technology into children’s and youth’s teaching-learning processes. Advise teachers on the pedagogical use of content and technological tools for educational management. Apply daily monitoring tools to track progress, challenges, and project evidence. Report photographic evidence, testimonials, and data on implementation at each school. Provide continuous follow-up to ensure achievement of educational objectives. We Offer 12,500 Mexican pesos gross per month. Intermediate proficiency in Google G\-Suite Use of technological tools and digital skills. Experience in pedagogical intervention Skills and Competencies Intermediate/advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Use of digital tools: email, WhatsApp, educational platforms. Basic troubleshooting of computer equipment configuration issues. Ethics, honesty, empathy, service vocation, and discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proactivity, teamwork, and results orientation. Frustration tolerance and ability to work under pressure. Own laptop required. Desirable: Certification in ICT applied to education.
