Mission To perform required data entry tasks within the area using established procedures in order to record information and maintain control over such data. Responsibilities Responsibility1**Enter** required departmental information into the SAP system to maintain accurate data records. Responsibility2**Process** administrative tasks for the department through work requests to ensure required materials are delivered. Responsibility3**Ensure** proper organization of equipment files including blueprints, drawings, and service manuals to maintain control over them. Responsibility4**Maintain** updated work order control files organized for easy retrieval. (INSURGENTES) Responsibility5 QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY ASPECT a. Follow the guidelines of ARCACONTINENTAL's Quality Management System. b. Implement applicable requirements, standards, and specifications of ARCACONTINENTAL's Quality Management System within their process. c. Promote continuous improvement. d. Communicate technology and infrastructure needs. e. Support operational staff in having the necessary competencies to carry out their activities. f. Activate prevention and corrective systems when deviations occur in processes and indicators. g. Collaborate in the certification of authorized management standards. h. Ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety, Environmental, and Safety policies. i. Monitor and control operational risks under their responsibility. j. Establish and measure the effectiveness of established control points and measures. k. Report any situation that could affect the quality and safety of our products, worker health and safety, and the environment. ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECT a. Commitment to environmental care and preservation. b. Knowledge of legislation applicable to their processes. c. Compliance with good environmental practices (conservation of natural resources, electricity, and gas). HEALTH AND SAFETY ASPECT a. Provide support to the industrial safety department in implementing the Bottling Plant's Safety Management System, including allocating resources for this purpose. b. Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace by following safety measures in their work areas and ensuring personnel under their supervision comply. c. Execute procedures inherent to the safety management system.
