**Position objective / About this role:**
Implement strategies and tactics aligned with the reference architecture established by the Technology Architecture Management team, providing mentoring, tactical support, and design guidance to the development team within the assigned business area, ensuring design and construction artifacts for software products.
**Responsibilities:**
* Advise and ensure that technological solutions reduce architectural gaps to meet the business’s expected needs.
* Manage compliance with requirements and workflows that deliverables must follow during the deployment process to ensure proper performance of the development team.
* Lead efforts to ensure technology solutions comply with organizational certifications and regulations to enable successful implementation.
* Coordinate tracking of defects identified in systems to provide short-term solutions and prevent adverse impacts on business profitability.
* Develop team members’ skills in tools, processes, and development and deployment methodologies to foster technical decision-making aligned with their knowledge level.
* Identify system enablers needed to improve the customer’s positive experience.
* Identify technological dependencies with other products and incidents to mitigate delays in solutions and fulfill Sprint commitments.
* Ensure and coordinate that defined solutions meet the requirements of all digital platforms to achieve omnichannel capability in development.
**Required Education:**
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering
**Requirements:**
5 years of software programming experience and 1 year as a Technical Leader, Principal Software Engineer, or Project Consultant with experience in execution, project leadership, and personnel management.
