20x10 Role \| Day and night shifts At CYMH, we are seeking an ON SITE Warehouse and Workshop Supervisor to coordinate, supervise, and operate warehouse and hydraulic workshop activities within a mine located in San José del Progreso, ensuring operational continuity, inventory control, customer service, and compliance with safety and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the daily operation of the ON SITE warehouse and hydraulic workshop. * Receive, store, pick, and control materials, fittings, hoses, and consumables. * Cut hoses and assemble hydraulic components. * Manage inventory levels, consumption, maximum/minimum thresholds, and critical materials. * Prepare and validate requisition slips, delivery notes, logbooks, and operational reports. * Timely restocking requests and supply chain follow-up. * Supervise operational staff assigned to the project. * Respond to mine operational requirements and prioritize critical tasks. * Conduct and supervise cyclic inventories and physical reconciliations. * Maintain order, cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards in the warehouse and workshop. * Coordinate shift handover (delivery/receipt) and track pending operational items. * Report incidents, shortages, damages, or operational risks to CYMH Aguascalientes. Requirements: * Experience in industrial warehousing, hydraulics, spare parts, hardware, or mining-related industries. * Knowledge of hydraulic hoses, fittings, adapters, and assemblies. * Inventory management experience, including receipts/issuances, consumption tracking, and operational documentation. * Basic to intermediate Excel and reporting skills. * Experience supervising operational personnel. * Availability to work at the mine under a 20x10 schedule. * Reside along a transportation route originating in Ocotlán de Morelos, or have no issues commuting to the mine during the 20 working days. * Availability to travel to Aguascalientes for training. * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Machine Tools, Industrial Logistics, or related field.
