Responsibility and commitment At IXPIA Private Security, we are looking for a responsible, proactive, and leadership-oriented Operations Supervisor tasked with coordinating and supervising operational staff assigned across various services. The primary function of this role is to ensure compliance with security protocols, proper staff appearance and performance, as well as timely response to client needs. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise daily security operations for personnel assigned across various services. * Verify compliance with instructions, appearance standards, schedules, and staff performance. * Address incidents, prepare reports, and follow up on relevant events. * Coordinate shift changes, breaks, and staff reassignments. * Provide customer support and assistance in any operational situation. * Support training and orientation of new staff. * Ensure adherence to company guidelines and quality and service standards. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar position in private security. * Knowledge of security instructions, access control, logbooks, and operational reporting. * Personnel management and conflict resolution skills. * Flexible availability for shifts, site visits, or transportation. * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. * Valid driver’s license.
