Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise security personnel to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations for the protection of people, assets, and facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper performance of security personnel, guaranteeing compliance with protocols, internal policies, and applicable legal regulations, in order to protect people, assets, and facilities. Duties and Responsibilities * Supervise security personnel across all shifts. * Verify adherence to instructions and protocols. * Conduct patrols and operational audits. * Coordinate shift coverage, incidents, and staff replacements. * Prepare daily, weekly, and incident reports. * Train and evaluate personnel under supervision. * Respond to emergency situations and act as first responder. * Maintain communication with clients or site supervisors. * Ensure proper use of uniforms and equipment. * Apply disciplinary measures when appropriate. * Support internal incident investigations. Job Requirements Education * Completed high school diploma (minimum). * Technical training in security or related fields is desirable. Experience * 2–3 years in private security. * Prior experience as shift supervisor or team leader. * Experience managing operational staff.
