




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise security personnel to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations for the protection of people, assets, and facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of security personnel. 2. Management of security protocols and current regulations. 3. Emergency response and communication with clients. Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper performance of security personnel, guaranteeing compliance with protocols, internal policies, and applicable legal regulations, in order to protect people, assets, and facilities. Duties and Responsibilities * Supervise security personnel across all shifts. * Verify adherence to instructions and protocols. * Conduct patrols and operational audits. * Coordinate shift coverage, incidents, and staff replacements. * Prepare daily, weekly, and incident reports. * Train and evaluate personnel under supervision. * Respond to emergency situations and act as first responder. * Maintain communication with clients or site supervisors. * Ensure proper use of uniforms and equipment. * Apply disciplinary measures when appropriate. * Support internal incident investigations. Job Requirements Education * Completed high school diploma (minimum). * Technical training in security or related fields is desirable. Experience * 2–3 years in private security. * Prior experience as shift supervisor or team leader. * Experience managing operational staff. Knowledge * Private security protocols. * Risk management. * Current legal regulations regarding security. * Report writing. * Basic Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
