Oversee the flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing with actions that generate higher profitability and expense control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality standards in service by monitoring the flawless execution of team processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business metrics, generate sales reports, and perform operational checklists at the store. \- Implement actions that ensure inventory accuracy, product facing and arrangement, as well as organization and cleanliness of the assigned store. \- Evaluate supervised staff through performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school.
