SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Description

Provide floor-level operational support in store activities by executing sales-related operational processes, merchandise arrangement, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to meet the assigned store’s operational and commercial performance indicators. * Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, excess inventory, and trucks in accordance with applicable arrangement guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to complete inventory counts; * Perform proper “fronting” and labeling to classify merchandise, and participate in opening and closing tasks, as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor, to ensure correct merchandise arrangement and store presentation. * Deliver customer service by clarifying inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, function, and pricing, thereby providing excellent service reflected in front-counter sales closures and handling customer phone calls to address questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions using cash or credit cards, and process returns in compliance with the cash register payment policy to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction closure. * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience is desirable.
