




Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Communication or related field. Languages: Basic English. Knowledge: Must have and operate a vehicle, database management, platforms, office software, telephone and messaging. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and knowledge of PowerBi. Skills or personal characteristics: Good communication skills, honesty, soft skills, organization, proactivity, conflict resolution, integrity, teamwork. Minimum experience: 1 year in administrative processes. Responsibilities: Visit institutions to support the professional practice and social service program, learning assessment and employer relations. Administer instruments to employers to evaluate satisfaction and performance of our students and graduates according to the graduation profile of each undergraduate and postgraduate program. Prepare reports after instrument administration and follow-up focus group interviews. Monitor special disciplinary issues related to professional practices and social service, as well as organize social events to strengthen inter-institutional relationships.
