Job Summary: We are seeking personnel with hospitality experience for rotating roles in front desk, restaurant cashier, or night audit, with responsibilities including customer service and operational management. Guest service and nightly accounting closing **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent hospitality experience **Experience:** 6 months in similar positions **REQUIREMENTS**: **Gender:** Not specified **Age:** 22 to 45 years old **English:** Ability to hold basic conversations in English **ROTATING SCHEDULE \- 8 hours daily** * 7:00 am to 3:00 pm / 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Front Desk or Restaurant Cashier) * 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (Night Auditor) 1 day off per week **SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES** * Commitment to the company * Organizational ability * Communication skills * Sense of responsibility **RESPONSIBILITIES** **FRONT DESK AREA:** Guest reception and service * Assign rooms verifying availability in the system * System entries: payments, room occupancy/availability * Answer and transfer calls * Distribute keys, towels, controls, maps, coupons, or wristbands where applicable (e.g., food courtesy) * Send reports on invoices, daily transactions, incidents, and in-house guests * Verify reservations: prepare document sets and share with relevant departments * Confirm breakfasts and disseminate this information via distribution groups * Enter data into logs and forward service requests * Monitor group arrivals: arrival time and total number of guests **RESTAURANT CASHIER:** Record pending items in the department log * Serve diners: messaging and telephone support * Clarify diner inquiries and review service orders * Process payments via various payment methods * Safeguard checks and payment vouchers * Send and deliver daily income reports by payment method to respective departments: administration, audit, and restaurant * Assist waitstaff during peak times (occasional) * Prevent congestion at the cashier **NIGHT AUDITOR:** Attend to and assist guests overnight, managing check\-ins, check\-outs, and special requests * Perform the hotel’s daily accounting close, verifying accuracy of revenues, payments, and room charges * Generate and analyze nightly financial reports for submission to management and accounting * Monitor hotel security during the night shift, reporting any incidents to the appropriate department * Coordinate with other departments regarding any requests or emergencies arising overnight * Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting regulations, and service standards **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits * Uniforms provided by the company * Base salary \+ Daily free meals Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Dining facility Work location: On-site employment
