The selected candidate will be responsible for **performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities** across various areas (electrical, mechanical, civil, HVAC, and plumbing), complying with the safety, quality, and productivity standards established by the company and the client. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on assigned facilities. * Respond to technical failure reports and provide efficient solutions. * Conduct periodic inspections and generate maintenance reports. * Assist in the installation, repair, or replacement of electrical, mechanical, or climate control equipment. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment. * Maintain organization and control over assigned materials, tools, and equipment. * Report progress, incidents, and material requirements to the Supervisor Technician or Project Coordinator. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Certified technician or technical degree in Electricity, Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Refrigeration, or related field. * **Experience:** * Integral maintenance – minimum 2 years (mandatory). * Knowledge of basic electricity, welding, plumbing, masonry, and HVAC. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. * **Additional Requirements:** * Class A or B driver's license (desirable). * Valid documentation for access to industrial plants. * Physical fitness suitable for working at heights and outdoor environments. * Availability to travel or respond to emergencies outside regular hours. **Skills and Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Proactiveness and service-oriented attitude. * Organization in assigned tasks. * Adherence to procedures and safety regulations. * Ability to learn and continuously improve. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Technical and industrial safety training. * Uniforms and personal protective equipment. * Stable and professional work environment.
