





**Job Description** ------------------------- Ensure sales of products offered by Construrama Supply. The incumbent must prepare daily logs with the number of clients visited, quotes issued, as well as generate sales, advise customers in a way that provides an advantage over their competition, and have the ability to conduct negotiations beneficial to both the customer and the company. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for managing a collection portfolio for sold items, managing new products, and having the capability to provide a clear overview of market developments. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Selling products offered by Construrama Supply. * Visiting and following up with customers in the assigned market. * Monitoring prices. * Managing credit portfolios for authorized customers. * Meeting assigned sales targets. * Conducting price comparisons. * Reviewing shortages, quotations, and price analysis. * Scheduling orders. * Informing about monthly promotions. * Following up on warranties. * Proposing orders based on customer profile. * In-store activations accompanied by suppliers. * Performing inventories when necessary to propose orders based on shortages. * Providing basic technical advice on offered products. * Following up on invoice collections. **Position Challenges** -------------------- * Prospecting new customers. * Recovering customers lost to competitors. * Attracting new customers. * Portfolio management. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ General: * Bachelor's/Degree: Any degree with certification preferred: Business/Economics, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields; or Incomplete Degree (more than half completed, verifiable). Required Experience: * At least 1 year of commercial experience in sales. * Customer service. * Follow-up on delivery of finished products/post-sales. * Portfolio Management. * Field work (customer visit planning).
