**Job Description** ------------------------- Manage the administration and integration of the product catalog required for purchasing and sales processes at Construrama Supply. Track activities for each commercial partner. Responsible for coordinating and achieving defined sales targets per commercial partner, as well as ensuring rotation of all brands across business units through telemarketing sales team management. Provide price analysis information to support category teams in decision-making, executing necessary changes to maintain negotiated conditions with suppliers. Responsible for validating price lists across all segments (PowerBI), and ensuring correct price loading into SAP. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Validate accurate pricing and cost updates according to established timelines. * Properly manage cost contracts timely. * Conduct and share cost change analysis to support category decision-making. * Analyze prices at all required levels to ensure proper achievement of target margin objectives for list prices. * Execute price changes in the system. * Assign hierarchies for all products. * Manage hierarchy changes resulting from requests by the category team. * Manage the light offering product portfolio. * Provide analysis on low-margin sales to the team. * Coordinate and perform cost difference adjustments in supplier invoicing. * Provide prompt and effective responses to internal customer requests. * Cost purchase orders originating from supply chain team requests. * Input relevant product data (volumes, dimensions, weights) for the logistics team for light category products. * Share and validate information requested by the e\-commerce team. * Execute margin factor loading for intercompany sales with Promexma. * Timely response and follow-up on pricing support requests from the sales team. * Automate and create processes related to Construrama Supply sales to facilitate administration and back office operations. * Communicate support bulletins to the Construrama Supply sales force. * Ensure correct creation and distribution of price lists to Construrama Supply sales departments within established timelines. * Communicate catalog changes and impacts to sales departments. Updating and feeding current information into the master database. * Monitor proper handling and response times established for quotations. * Ensure necessary support for development of operationally influential projects. * Create and implement special promotions for impulse brand products. * Coordinate with the sales and telemarketing teams to follow up on sales of selected slow-moving products and impulse brands. * Follow up on private-label waterproofing production outsourcing. **Position Challenges** -------------------- Meeting timing requirements set by service recipient departments. * Handling large volumes and databases. * Improving processes to reduce error likelihood. * Developing the best data presentation model for databases and price lists for internal customers. * Coordinating the telemarketing team to market slow-moving products and impulse brands. * Coordinating the proper execution of the private-label waterproofing brand. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Internal: * Light Offer Category Manager / Light Offer Category Analyst (tracking price changes, promotions, and product additions/removals from the offer). * Supply Manager / Supply Analyst (support in PO costing and contracts for supplier purchases). * Construrama Supply Project Analyst / Construrama Supply Administrative Support Analyst (requests for product additions/removals and creation/assignment of hierarchies.
