Join our team.** **Requirements:** * High school diploma, incomplete university degree, or bachelor’s degree in computer science, administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Responsibilities: ✓ Provide direct support to branch, promoter, and corporate users. ✓ Manage IT incidents and service requests, and maintain communication with users. ✓ Escalate incidents to the IT Supervision team or technical support as needed. ✓ Monitor and report on security camera functionality; escalate issues that cannot be resolved independently to the IT Services Coordinator. ✓ Ensure all systems are operational at the start of business operations. ✓ Track reported incidents via the Administrative System. You will become part of a financially solid institution regulated by the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV). Work Location: CU.
