Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst with experience in requirements documentation, BPMN process modeling, and UML activity modeling, and with skills to collaborate effectively in working sessions with teams and clients. Ability to collaborate in working sessions with teams and clients Systems Analyst Position in OAXACA Minimum 2 years of experience as a project-based Systems Analyst required Technical Requirements: 1. Requirements Documentation and Specification Use Case Generation: Ability to draft documents including preconditions, postconditions, basic and alternative flows (error handling), and validations. Interpretation of Functional Requirements: Ability to translate user department needs, collect and formulate descriptive and understandable business rules for both business and technical teams. 2. Process Modeling (BPMN) Process Diagrams: Proficiency in BPMN notation to represent interactions between actors (User vs. System) for business processes in AS IS – TO BE scenarios. 3. Activity Modeling and Flowcharts (UML) Activity Modeling: Experience generating activity diagrams using BIZAGI tool following UML standards. Flowchart: Ability to generate flowcharts using DRAW IO tool following UML standards. 4. Working Sessions with Various Teams Understanding Sessions: Conduct working sessions for the designer responsible for prototyping the Use Case. Client Working Sessions: Conduct dynamic and precise working sessions with clients to clarify questions and resolve doubts. Soft Skills: Analytical ability. Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
