Furthermore, you will support warehouse operations, customer service, administration, and operational quality, maintaining constant communication and supervision over 17 supervisors distributed across branches in Oaxaca and Puebla; for Puebla branches, monitoring and coordination will be conducted remotely with zone supervisors, without requiring travel. Weekly, you will perform cashier user activations, deactivations, and reviews in the Microsip system, as well as assemble and maintain physical personnel files. You will manage documentation related to banking terminals and banks—including TBB procedures—and administer biometric data enrollments and deletions in time clocks. You will also plan weekly staff schedules, assign appropriate days off, manage resignation records, and draft employment contracts. As part of your duties, you will conduct in-person inspections of various branches in Oaxaca using the company-provided official vehicle, while Puebla branches will be supervised remotely via communication and follow-up with responsible personnel at each unit. Biweekly, you will coordinate with the accounting department to review staff attendance, absences, and incidents for pre-payroll preparation, review general deductions, assign applicable bonuses, and verify outstanding balances related to special loans for payroll application.
