




You will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions that enhance the digital experience, maximize user satisfaction, and meet the organization's business objectives. The role combines user research, UX design, empathy, and collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes in digital product development. **Responsibilities:** Participate in user research to understand their needs, frustrations, fears, expectations, and behaviors regarding services or products. Design functional, usable digital experiences that address user needs and help improve business outcomes—from workflow to UI prototype. Design complex interaction flows considering business requirements, user needs, and technological constraints faced by the development team. Apply and evolve UI libraries. Collaborate with product, development, QA, and other teams. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on data and user feedback. Document design decisions clearly and strategically in Confluence or similar platforms. Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards. **Technical Skills:** Experience in designing user-centered digital products and solving complex user experience problems. Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, user research, and usability testing. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, ideally **Figma**. Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions based on research insights.
