We are looking for **experienced installer technicians to work in internal plant**. **Main responsibilities:** * Installation and configuration of routers, switches, and telecommunications equipment. * Rack mounting, securing, cable stitching, labeling, and power connection. * Fiber optic cleaning and stability testing using testers. * Optical layer migration and shelf activation. * Site surveys and service migrations. * Delivery of completed work to end clients (Telmex, CFE, GTAC, among others). **Requirements:** * **Travel availability (Mandatory)**: we will provide transportation, travel allowances, and hotel accommodations so you can attend events at sites or telephone exchanges. * Education level: TSU degree, or Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, computer science, computer systems, telecommunications engineering, telematics engineering, or related field. * **Proven experience of 2 to 3 years.** * Preferred: **candidates with experience in internal plant work.** * Driver's license (not mandatory). * Advanced knowledge in programming and configuring equipment. * Proficiency with specialized tools such as multimeter, tester, computing equipment, and other tools. * Knowledge of power plants and battery banks. * Proficient in Office software suite. * Knowledge of general infrastructure (cable trays, conduits, ducts, etc.). * Equipment energizing in power plants, PDUs. **We offer:** * Ongoing training and certifications in technologies. * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Personal protective equipment * Paid travel expenses (hotel, meals, transportation). * Base salary \+ productivity bonuses.
