Role 20x10 \| Day and night shifts
At CYMH, we are seeking an ON SITE Warehouse and Workshop Supervisor to coordinate, supervise, and operate warehouse and hydraulic workshop activities within a mining camp, ensuring operational continuity, inventory control, customer service, and compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise daily operations of the ON SITE warehouse and hydraulic workshop.
* Receive, store, pick, and control materials, fittings, hoses, and consumables.
* Cut hoses and assemble hydraulic components.
* Manage inventory levels, consumption, maximum/minimum stock levels, and critical materials.
* Prepare and validate requisition slips, delivery notes, logbooks, and operational reports.
* Timely request restocking and track supply fulfillment.
* Supervise operational staff assigned to the project.
* Address operational requirements from the mine and follow up on critical priorities.
* Conduct and supervise cyclic inventories and physical reconciliations.
* Ensure order, cleanliness, safety, and 5S compliance within the warehouse and workshop.
* Coordinate shift handover (delivery/receipt) and track pending operational items.
* Report incidents, shortages, damages, or operational risks to CYMH Aguascalientes.
Requirements:
* Experience in industrial warehouse, hydraulics, spare parts, hardware, or mining-related fields.
* Knowledge of hydraulic hoses, fittings, adapters, and assemblies.
* Experience managing inventory, receipts/issuances, consumption tracking, and operational documentation.
* Basic/intermediate Excel and reporting skills.
* Experience supervising operational personnel.
* Availability to work at a mining camp under a 20x10 schedule.
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Machine Tools, Industrial Logistics, or related field.
