Responsibility and commitment At IXPIA Private Security, we seek a responsible, proactive, and leadership-oriented Operational Supervisor tasked with coordinating and supervising assigned operational staff across various services. The primary function is to ensure compliance with security protocols, proper staff appearance and performance, as well as timely response to client needs. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise daily security personnel operations across assigned services. * Verify compliance with instructions, appearance standards, schedules, and staff performance. * Address incidents, prepare reports, and follow up on relevant events. * Coordinate shift changes, breaks, and staff movements. * Provide client support and assistance in any operational situation. * Support training and orientation of new staff. * Ensure adherence to company guidelines and quality and service standards. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Operational Supervisor or similar role in private security. * Knowledge of instructions, access control, logs, and operational reporting. * Personnel management and conflict resolution skills. * Flexible availability for shifts, patrols, or travel. * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. * Valid driver’s license.
