Professional stability and growth **SDG Private Security**, a growing national company, is seeking an **Operations Supervisor** with proven experience in **operational personnel management.** We seek field leaders with character, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset. **Location:** Oaxaca Requirements: * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree. * **Minimum 2 years as Supervisor / Shift Manager / In-Charge.** * Experience managing armed or operational personnel. * Knowledge of standing orders, supervision, and operational control. * Basic/intermediate Office skills. * Weapons handling (preferred) Responsibilities: * Supervision of private security services. * Control of standing orders, patrols, attendance, and logs. * Shift coverage and incident management. * Operational reporting and performance evaluation. * Compliance with SDG Code of Ethics and protocols.
