Operational support and uniform At IXPIA Private Security, we seek a responsible, proactive, and leadership-driven Operational Supervisor tasked with coordinating and supervising assigned operational staff across various services. The primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with security protocols, proper staff appearance and performance, as well as timely response to client needs. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily security operations of personnel assigned to various services. * Verify compliance with instructions, appearance, schedules, and performance of personnel. * Address incidents, prepare reports, and follow up on relevant events. * Coordinate staff shifts, breaks, and relocations. * Provide customer service and operational support in any operational situation. * Assist in training and orientation of new personnel. * Ensure adherence to company guidelines and quality and service standards. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operational Supervisor or similar role in private security. * Knowledge of instructions, access control, logs, and operational reporting. * Personnel management and conflict resolution skills. * Flexible availability for shifts and site visits or transportation. * Minimum education: Completed high school (preferred). * Valid driver’s license (preferred).
