Position Summary: Danone seeks a Sales Leader to develop the Bonafont Water and Danone Yogurt business in the Traditional Channel, executing in-store fundamentals and developing their team. AS A SALES LEADER:** Position Objective: Develop the Bonafont Water and Danone Yogurt business for the Traditional Channel through correct execution of in-store fundamentals, as well as develop the organization through a continuous training model for their work team. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's Degree * Proficiency in Office: Advanced Excel * Flexible working hours * Experience managing work teams * Proactive; goal-oriented * 3–5 years of experience leading sales teams; experience in similar fields such as route sales or field supervision. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct daily coaching meetings with assigned pre-sales staff. * Review daily compliance with commercial tracking KPIs. * Ensure daily safety training to prevent accidents. * Design and implement plans and strategies to improve CEDIS KPI performance. * Train newly hired team members. * Ensure Hand Held devices and printers are properly connected. * Ensure the work team has all necessary tools before departing on routes. * Ensure all Pre\-Sales Representatives depart to cover assigned routes according to the established schedule. * Conduct daily route supervision, validating execution of priorities and KPIs. * Provide feedback to Pre\-Sales Representatives and Driver\-Sales Representatives regarding field visit observations and establish commitment plans to improve KPIs. **WE OFFER: Superior Benefits.** **Base Salary: $18,000–$19,000 Monthly \+ Variable Performance Bonus: $20,000 Average Monthly** * Savings Fund: 13% * Grocery Vouchers: 13% * Year-end Bonus: 37 days * Vacation Premium: 90% * Company-provided utility vehicle authorized for employee commuting and route work (no third parties unrelated to the company permitted) * Life Insurance * Major Medical Expense Insurance Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company car * Free beverages * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Company phone * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
