We are a 100% Mexican company, proud of our values—therefore, we invite you to join our team as: JOB PROFILE: HOUSEKEEPER Position: Housekeeper Department: Rooms Reports to: Supervisor Supervises: None Schedule: Full-time (with availability as required by service needs) JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum education level: Primary school Schedule availability: Full availability Skills: Teamwork, speed, attention to detail, sense of cleanliness, discipline. Health conditions: Good health. Physical condition to remain active for extended periods. Basic knowledge: Sweeping, mopping, area cleaning. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar activities MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · General room cleaning (sweeping, mopping, making beds) · Bathroom cleaning. · Removing trash from rooms. · Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends and holidays. Cleaning and organization: Maintain a clean and orderly workstation during and after each shift. Team collaboration: Support colleagues from other stations when necessary. Follow instructions from direct supervisor. Responsibilities: · Meet quality and cleanliness standards in guest rooms. · Address room requirements according to occupancy levels. · Contribute to a respectful, organized, and efficient work environment.
