Objective of the Civil Construction Assistant. Provide operational support in general construction, maintenance, and cleaning activities at the construction site, following instructions from technical staff and complying with established safety regulations. Collaborate in the transportation of materials, surface preparation, assembly of structures, and other necessary tasks for the efficient progress of the project. Activities to be performed: * Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials * Prepare surfaces for construction work, such as cleaning, leveling, or applying products. * Assist in assembling and disassembling temporary or permanent structures. * Follow instructions from technical personnel and supervisors. * Comply with safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaborate in the basic maintenance of tools and equipment used on-site. * Support additional tasks that contribute to project progress according to operational needs.
